The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and used high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The treatment room was immaculate, and the calming music really added to the overall ambience. The only minor downside was the wait time; I arrived a bit early and had to sit in the waiting area for about 15 minutes, which wasn't a huge issue but could be slightly improved. However, once I was in for my treatment, the entire experience was worth it! I left feeling refreshed, and I could see a noticeable difference in my skin immediately. I was greeted warmly at the reception and offered a soothing herbal tea while I filled out my consultation form. The therapist was exceptionally skilled, taking the time to explain each step of the process and the benefits of the products they were using. I opted for a deep-cleansing facial, and wow, it was pure bliss! My skin felt nourished, and for days afterwards, I kept receiving compliments about how healthy my complexion looked. The ambience of the treatment rooms was also a highlight; dim lighting and soft music created a serene environment that made it easy to relax. I did notice that the booking system could be a bit more streamlined, as it took a while to get through on the phone during peak hours. Nonetheless, my overall experience was fantastic, and I’ve already booked my next appointment! I’m particularly excited to try their unique tanning options as I’ve heard great things. If you’re in the area and looking for a lovely escape to pamper yourself, I cannot recommend this place enough!
